“I’ve been coming here for close to 15 years now. The staff is amazing. There’s never really much of a wait. They make an appointment for you, almost always on time. Extremely friendly, easy to make appointments, get in to be seen soon.
I see Kari Beth-Hinderliter, and I can honestly tell you she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. Goes above and beyond. Besides getting you in quickly, getting your issues resolved, she’s patient and will take the time to listen to you, and she’ll hear what you have to say.
If you’re looking for a new PHP, I cannot possibly recommend this place so much!

“My name is Adam, and I just started coming to this place (the doctor and the dentist office) a few weeks ago, and my first couple visits have really went well.
First thing I noticed is they take time to get to know you on a personal level. You feel welcomed when you sign in. I really feel like the Dr., dentist, hygienist and staff actually care about you here. They take the time to follow up with you and make sure you’re doing good after your visit in between your next appointments.
I have PTSD from dealing with bad doctors and dentists throughout my life, and this place totally reassured me that you can put your guard down a bit and let the professionals step in knowing you’re in good hands.

Since 1975, Community First Health Centers (formerly Downriver Community Services) has provided primary care services to the St. Clair County and Macomb County areas. We are more than just a primary care and family medical center. Community First Health Centers has sought to make a positive impact on Michigan’s St. Clair and Macomb Counties for over 40 years. We provide community-based health and human services that promote the physical, mental, and emotional health of all members in the community.
Since 1975, Community First Health Centers has provided quality medical, behavioral, and educational health and support services to the communities of St. Clair and Northern Macomb Counties, assisted by private and public funding sources. We are proud to bring all of your health care needs into one Patient-Centered Medical Home Practice by offering all of the following services: Primary Health Care, Affordable Care, Transportation Services, Homeless Health Care, Behavioral Health Care, Lab & X-Ray Services, and WIC Services. When needed, language translation (including sign language and methods for communication with the hard of hearing and deaf) are utilized during appointments and care staff interactions.
